Description:  With award-winning TuVox Perfect Connect, callers that are transferred from a speech application to a live agent never have to repeat information. Since agents see all caller information, they don't have to waste time collecting account information. Agents can even view a transcript of what was said between the caller and the automated system. <p/> From the beginning of every call, key information is collected, from the Automatic Number Identification (ANI) that shows the caller's phone number, to the Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) that indicates the number the caller dialed. During the call, account information is gathered, and the reason for the call is determined.
