Icecom WebPhone is an easy-to-use, web-based phone for making and receiving phone calls. It can be used separately or as an extension model for Icecom SwitchBoard software. Combined with Icecom SwitchBoard, the WebPhone enables switchboard operators and employees of a company to easily place phone calls from their personal computers without needing a separate telephone. Icecom WebPhone has several advantageous features to improve the communication methods of its users. Since the phone is based on open standards, calls can be placed and received from any SIP phone or number. In addition, phone calls can be placed to PSTNs, depending on the network configuration of the service provider.
